The winner of the Gold Award for the fiscal 2023 ASV Awards was the Global One team AjiPro-Green with “Reduction of Greenhouse Gases from Dairy & Beef Cattle by Using AjiPro-L.

In fiscal 2022, an initiative that contributes to GHG reduction implemented by a global team from the MSG and nucleic acid business took home the Gold Award.
The fiscal 2021 ASV Awards Grand Prize was awarded to the Smart Salt project for delicious salt reduction using umami and dashi broth and for addressing the global health issue of excess dietary sodium intake. The initiative was chosen from a field of 33 praiseworthy entrants.
